About Libby Moore
Libby is a qualified clinical nutritionist and personal trainer. She takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, living by the motto, ‘your health is your greatest wealth’.
Libby is extremely passionate about helping people make positive changes in their day-to-day lives, including nutrition, exercise, and forming healthy habits. Her life’s purpose is to help and support people to be the happiest, healthiest, and fittest versions of themselves. She has worked in the health and fitness industries throughout Australia, the US, and Canada, learning that there’s not a one size fits all approach when it comes to working with people and their individual goals.
Libby has been a personal trainer for over 13 years, but decided to become a clinical nutritionist to support her clients after seeing them struggle with their food and dietary choices. Whether eating too much, not eating enough, or feeling confused about what to eat and when to eat it, Libby understands the complex relationships we have with our diets and the challenges we face navigating the world of health and nutrition. Libby believes that deep down everyone has the ability to make the right choices in a realistic and sustainable way, and she is there to provide support and encouragement to make sure her clients know they’re not alone in their journey to better health.
